OUTREACH TRAINING

 MTR workers are available to help your local church by:

• running training seminars in evangelism and church growth. They can provide "on the job" training at your church or organization.
• helping your local church start outreach groups within the church and then help you to continue the group by training leaders.
• being available for consultation in the areas of evangelism, church growth and Christian Education.
• conducting the Adventure in Relationships program which is designed to help lay people to build authentic relationships with people in their communities which will help them to share their faith.  (See Adventures in Relationships)
